The Industries and Commerce Department successfully concluded two-days training program for Managers, Business Facilitation Officers and other officers of impending Business Facilitation Centres (BFCs) at Gujranwala, Silakot, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Multan. The training program dwelled upon hands on training of the aforesaid officials in areas including BFC Software and Customer Relationship Management. On the second day of the program, Managers and Business Facilitation Officers remained at the BFC – Lahore for simulations and practical demonstrations. The Secretary Industries and Commerce Mr. Ehsan Bhutta, Chief WTO Mr. Zohaib Mushtaq and Director SPU Mr. Abu Bakar Salman supervised both days training programs.
