A meeting to review progress of the Punjab Green Development Program (PGDP) was held at the Industries and Commerce Department, Punjab. Secretary Industries and Commerce Mr. Ehsan Bhutta presided over the meeting. The meeting was participated by the World Bank’s PGDP team lead by Mr. Chris Warner.
Senior officials of ICI&SDD including Mr. Asim Javaid MD PSIC, Mr. Zohaib Mushtaq Additional Secretary (Commerce), Mr. Javed Iqbal Malik Senior Economic Advisor and Mr. Abu Bakar Salman Director SPU also participated the meeting.
The meeting dwelled upon reviewing progress of PGDP DLRs (related to Industries and Commerce Department), enhancement of Green Investments and exploring possibilities Punjab Green Growth Fund. WB team expressed satisfaction over the progress of the DLR.
